You are very gentle, caring person. You seem to interested in leaving the job but you are worried that how you gonna tell her and your interest level in the current job is equally nil. Since you are comparing your present job with your previous one you find it unsatisfied. As your previous boss is ready to offer you the job and since you have good experience in your earlier job would strongly suggest be very frank and tell this to your boss that you are not satisfied. She might have come to know that you are looking for change that's her behavior has changed i the past days. But that is her adopted behavior and could arrive at the same old behavior in next couple of days again forcing you to get in to comparison with old job. This is the right time you should be bold enough to tell her that your quiting. You work for what you have been paid for.
