Petition #1: Abolish Gay Marriage

Petition #2: Broadcast Decency Enforcement Act Stalled in the Senate
The Broadcast Decency Enforcement Act has been bottled up in committee by the Senate. Both houses agree that the FCC could raise the maximum fine to $500,000 per incident from the current $32,500. The Senate Democrats objected when language was dropped from the senate version that would have reinstituted stricter limits on media ownership. It is remarkable, considering the original bill passed the senate 99-1. Please sign our petition urging the Senate Democratic Leadership to allow this important piece of legislature to come to the floor of the senate for a vote.

Petition #3: Tell the FDA Not to allow Teenagers to Get Over the Counter "Abortion" Pills
There are people who think it's a wonderful idea for 16-year-old girls to be able to stroll into their local drug store and get a pill that will cause an immediate miscarriage or abortion. They think this "abortifacient" (yes, it is a derivative of the word "abortion"), should be available without a prescription and without the knowledge of the young girl's parents. Barr Pharmaceuticals, manufacturer of this "morning after pill" is appealing the sensible decision by the Food and Drug Administration to not allow this gruesome drug to be sold over the counter.   They want any female over 16 to be able to buy their product without their doctor's or parent's knowledge.  The greed of the owners at Barr Pharmaceuticals in trying to make this product as available as aspirin and contact lens cleaner is disgusting and inhumane. We must stop this appeal.

Petition #4: Support Rep. Jones' "Houses of Worship Free Speech Restoration Act"
Left wing activists are monitoring sermons. Will extremists from the Pro-Abortion Movement or those pushing for Homosexual Marriage be targeting your pastor and your congregation for intimidation? We can only stop the harassment of Houses of Worship by radical Anti-Christian activists if we band together and make our voices heard!

Join with us in supporting Rep Walter Jones' (R-NC) effort to pass the "Houses of Worship Free Speech Restoration Act". This common sense bill would protect churches and their pastors from these vicious legal attacks.

Petition #5: Support The Marriage Protection Act In The Senate
The Pro-Family movement has scored a major victory and drawn a line in the sand against out of control federal judges. On July 23rd, with strong bi-partisan support, the U.S. House of Representatives passed the "Marriage Protection Act." Once the U.S. Senate approves it and the President signs it, this common sense bill will prevent an unelected and unaccountable federal judge from overturning the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA).   It is vital that this bill get an immediate vote in the United States Senate, or the victory may be lost.

Petition #6: Impeach Judge Phyllis Hamilton
San Francisco based federal Judge Phyllis Hamilton, a Clinton appointee with a long history of being anti-family, overturned the ban on Partial-Birth Abortion. Despite passing overwhelmingly in both the House and Senate and being signed into law by President Bush, this single, unelected judge with lifetime tenure has declared this law unconstitutional .

Unfortunately this is not the first time Judge Hamilton has issued a controversial decision. In May 2004 she allowed two gay men to sue an adoption agency because it refused to give them a child. Last December, she saw nothing wrong with compelling public school students to spend two weeks learning about Islam. Among the required activities was assuming a Muslim name and reciting Islamic prayers. Imagine the outcry if Muslim students were required to adopt Christian names and recite the Ten Commandments in public schools!
